Store Policies

I. Discount

A 25% discount will be provided to all paid members. The discount will be usable 24 hours after membership is purchased. The 25% discount may not be combined with any other discount other than an item already on sale.

II. Refunds

All purchases are final and refunds will not be issued.

III. Cancellations

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Cancellations are not possible. 

III. Payment

Catholic Library accepts credit cards, debit cards, and online checks.

IV. New and Used Books

If you purchase a book, the book will be New. If you borrow a book, the book may be used or new. If you borrow a book and decide to keep the book, you will be charged the list price less your discount.

Library Policies

I. Membership Fee

In order to borrow books, you must be a Paid Member. Current Basic Membership is $25.00. 

II. Right to Keep Books

Members may choose to keep the books they borrow. Use our Keep My Books link to make an instant online payment for the borrowed books.

III. Shipping

Members are responsible for returning books to Catholic Library.

IV. Fee

Members are charged a flat fee of 50 cents per title borrowed, plus shipping.

Terms for Authors 

I. Terms for Authors and other Content Providers

a. Property and Ownership – Credit to Sources

Content will remain the property of the author / owner. We will credit all sources on our site. Those submitting their material for publication on Catholic Library grant Catholic Library a nonexclusive license to republish submitted works on Catholic Library.

b. Material to which Ownership is not Claimed

Catholic Library claims ownership over all material submitted to our forums, posted in our classified ads, and comments placed within articles.

VI. Usage

By accessing and/or using the content, and/or services offered by Catholic Library, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service Agreement.

VII. Modification of Terms of Service

Catholic Library reserves the right to subsequently modify its Terms of Service Agreement in part or whole, at any time, with or without any notification.

VIII. Special Classes and Other Agreements

The Catholic Library TOS Agreement comprises the basic terms to cover the majority of users of our services. However, other agreements may apply to your useage of Catholic Library.
